I’ve been needing home care for the last 4-5 yrs and I’ve been blessed by finding Heart, Body and Mind they’re a wonderful agency in every aspect starting with there wonderful nurse Sandy who’s not only a nurse but like I call her Jack of all trade and I’ve also had the pleasure of dealing with Angie and she’s also very good accommodating, professional and kind, from my experienced I believed they’re the best in Charlotte County Florida.

I’m so grateful to this company, that sent me such a great helper. I really appreciate it. I’ve had the same caregiver for 1 year and she comes to my home 6 days a week. My caregiver Caridad has never been late nor has she ever missed a day. Anything that I’ve ever asked of Caridad she’s done it, no matter what she will do it. Ashley Vocaturo and Angie Henry conduct spot checks periodically. Angie accompanies Ashley, because Angie is bilingual and my husband is Spanish speaking. The fact that this company has a bilingual Staffing Coordinator and bilingual caregiver’s is wonderful! I rate this company 5 stars and the greatest in Lee County. My husband and I were referred by the Veteran’s Administration and they do not refer “just anyone”. The VA is very particular with whom they refer their client’s to. My experience with this home care company has been amazing! My in-laws live in Port Charlotte, FL and after my father in-law got Parkinson’s, we needed to hire someone to help my mother in-law take care of him.

Living in a different city it’s difficult to check on his wellbeing. Heart Body & Mind Home Senior care has a great service that helps with this issue. They offer an online portal called “The Family Room”, where I can login & see my father in-law’s care logs. Now we can check at any time if he’s taking his medication or if there has been any changes in his health.
